SHIPPING POLICY
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow five (5) to seven (7) business working days for delivery of in-stock items. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 2 days.
If your item is not in stock we will advice you via email.
Special Day Candles will only make delivery to the address provided by you.
Delivery times will depend on product availability and shipping times. Please allow for weekends and public holidays and remember to add extra time during peak postage and holiday periods, such as the lead up to Christmas.
Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together depending on the candle size.
Within Australia there are three options: This is only for Personalised orders.

1. Pick Up Order: (No Charge)
If you live in the Sydney Metro, you can pick up from 'Little Dream' Exclusive Children's Boutique.
Shop 6, 427 Parramatta Rd, Leichhardt NSW 2040.
This service will not include a postage fee.
2. Parcel Post Delivery: $13.00 (single candle) $26.00 (unity candles)
Australia Post estimate between 3-5 day delivery times for major city centers.
Refer to Australia Post for details of Postage area.
3. Express Post Delivery: $15.00 (single candle) $30.00 (unity candles)
Australia Post estimate delivery to be the next working day within the Express Post network, add 2-3 days outside Postal network. Refer to Australia Post for details of Postage area.
Large Orders:
We serve the right to charge additional postage costs for large orders.
Additional costs will be advised to you via email.
International Delivery:
For International deliveries, you will be contacted via email at the time your order is being processed with the delivery cost and approximate delivery time.
