RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not fully satisfied with an item and wish to return or exchange it, please email or call us for details.
Please make sure you have all the relevant details of the order.
If you receive product which is different from what you ordered or was damaged in transit, email us or call us with the details. Once we have replied regarding the matter you may return the item unopened. Special Day Candles will send out the correct/undamaged product upon receiving your returned item/s. Products that have been opened may not be returned under these circumstances. Please do not open product/s that you did not order, if this occurs we cannot accept return of product.
